What does lifetime warranty cover?

Oxiline sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for life. Oxiline warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. To obtain warranty service on your Oxiline product, contact a Consumer Relations representative for assistance. Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.

What is the difference between each Oxiline pulse oximeter?

Pulse 7 Pro

This pulse oximeter has an LED display and provides readings for SpO2, heartbeats per minute and perfusion index. 

  • The Pulse 7 Pro has an Oxiline VTEC™ A7 Sensor. It includes 2 AAA batteries, lanyard and user manual.  

Pulse 9 Pro

This pulse oximeter has an OLED display and provides readings for SpO2, heartbeats per minute, perfusion index and also includes a plethysmograph (SpO2 Waveform).

  • The Pulse 9 Pro has an Oxiline VTEC™ A9 Sensor. It includes 2 AAA batteries, lanyard and user manual.  

Pulse X Pro

This pulse oximeter has an OLED display and provides readings for SpO2, heartbeats per minute, perfusion index and also includes a plethysmograph (SpO2 Waveform).

The Pulse X Pro also features bluetooth connectivity for smartphones and connects to the Oximeter Store App which is available for Apple and Android devices. With the App you will be able to view live readings, store past readings and export them in csv format.

What is the smartphone app for the Pulse X Pro?

The Pulse X Pro also features bluetooth connectivity for smartphones and connects to the Oximeter Store App which is available for Apple and Android devices. With the App you will be able to view live readings, store past readings and export them in CSV/PDF format. 

How to use your Oxiline Pulse Oximeter?
  1. Prepare: Ensure 5 minutes of relaxation before taking measurement. Remove any jewelry or fingernail polish. When placing the oximeter on your finger, make sure your hand is warm, relaxed, and held below the level of the heart. 
  2. Measure: Make sure you insert your finger all the way inside the oximeter. Press the power button. Sit still and do not move the part of your body where the pulse oximeter is located. Wait for a few seconds until the reading stops changing and displays one steady number.
  3. Follow Through: Try to measure at the same time every day. If you notice any radical changes in your results make sure to report them to your doctor.

What size is the arm cuff for the Pressure Pro blood pressure monitors?

All Pressure Pro models includes a cuff that fits arms with a circumference of 8.6” - 14.2” (inches).

How to use your Oxiline Blood Pressure Monitor?
  1. Prepare: Don't smoke, drink caffeinated beverages, or exercise within 30 minutes before measuring your blood pressure. Ensure 5 minutes of quiet rest before measurements.
  2. Sit: Sit with your back straight and supported (on a dining chair, rather than a sofa). Your feet should be flat on the floor and your legs should not be crossed. Your arm should be supported on a flat surface (such as a table). Make sure the bottom of the cuff is placed directly above the bend of the elbow and there are no clothes below or around it.
  3. Measure: Once the arm cuff is properly fastened, begin by pressing the start button on your Oxiline device. For the most accurate results take three measurements in a row so that your device can automatically provide a 3-measurement-average. 
  4. Follow through: Try to measure at the same time every day. Make sure to always utilize the same profile on your device so that all your readings are stored correctly and ready to share with your doctor.

How to use your Scale X Pro?
  1. Set-Up: Download the FitDays app, create a profile and log in. Place the smart scale on an even surface. Then step on it with one foot to wake it up. Once the scale is on you will see a prompt on your Fitdays app to connect it. 
  2. Measure: Once the scale is connected to your smartphone via the Fitdays app you make wake it up by stepping on it with one foot. When the display shows all values at 0 then you may step on it with both feet and record your measurement. Allow a few seconds so that all the measurements are recorded on the scale and app. 
  3. Follow Through: Try to measure at the same time every day. Use the help center on the Fitdays app if you have any additional questions.

Can I get same day delivery?

For same day shipping, all orders must be placed before 8 a.m. PST Monday thru Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. Please allow 1 additional business day for delivery for orders placed after 8 a.m. PST.

Do you ship worldwide?

International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Oxiline is not responsible in any way to cover such costs. The customer is responsible for customs clearing/duties, and local taxation.

Customs policies vary from country to country, therefore you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays in arrival.

How do I return my order?

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know and we’ll try to put things right, arrange an exchange, or issue a full refund of the purchase price. You have 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
