Returns & Warranty
Thanks for shopping at Oxiline. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To qualify for a full return, you must include your order number, original receipt, or e-mail confirmation. Your refund will be processed and returned to the original form of payment used to place your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Oxiline sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for life, except as noted below. Oxiline warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your Oxiline product, contact a Consumer Relations representative for assistance. Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof that are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of Oxiline.
