I loved this product for the six days that it worked. Suddenly, it stopped responding even after charging it for two days. Customer support asked me to send a video of the scale's behavior. After I did, they asked me to return the scale. I returned it a week ago, and I am hoping my new scale appears shortly.

Ordered during a week of sniffles and it arrived in two days, packaging plain but fine. I like that there’s an LED so I’m not guessing where to aim the sensor when my room is dark. Sometimes I forget to switch back from object to body and then the number looks weird, that’s on me though. Once on the right setting it’s quick and seems accurate next to our old ear thermometer.

I am 62 with arthritis in my hands and lower back, and this product has become part of my evening routine.
