First-time setup & fitting (step by step)

1. Charge everything before use
   • Connect the charging case to power with the USB cable. The second light shows blue while charging and white when the case is full.
   • Place both hearing aids in their numbered slots; they charge automatically (blue means charging, white means full). The manual advises starting with a full charge the first time.
2. Identify left and right aids
   • Blue marking is for the left ear and red marking is for the right ear, so you do not mix them up.
3. Choose the best eartip
   • Select the size that seals comfortably, push the rim outward, then press it onto the ear-tube nozzle. Give it a gentle tug to confirm it is secure.
4. Turn the aids on
   • Lift each aid from the case; after about 5 seconds you will hear a startup tone.
   • You can also hold the multi-function button for 6 seconds until you hear the same tone.
5. Insert and position
   • Hold the ear-tube near the eartip and gently push the tip into your ear canal.
   • Swing the body of the aid over the top of your ear so it rests securely behind it.
6. Fine-tune sound (optional)
   • Short-press the button to step through 11 volume levels; a triple beep signals maximum volume.
   • Press and hold to cycle through the four listening programs: Normal (1 beep), Restaurant (2), Outdoor (3), Music (4).
7. Stop feedback if you hear whistling
   • Remove the aid, choose a larger eartip, and reinsert until you achieve a snug seal.
8. Power down and store
   • Return the aids to the case; they shut off and start charging automatically.
   • Alternatively, hold the button for about 8 seconds until you hear three short beeps and see three blue flashes.
