I like the blood pressure monitor, however the systolic is always higher than my Omron cuff and/or my doctor's office by 20+. Additionally I was unable to receive any help whatsoever when contacting customer support with regards to cuff placement for right arm measurement. This is not unusual as many people cannot use their left arm for varying reasons.

I have been using a lesser expensive monitor for years and could never get the same reading I got in the doctors office. I decided to spend a little more more money and I am glad I did. This is very accurate and by being more accurate has caused my worry and stress about my blood pressure to be less. I highly recommend this monitor.

It is an excellent product, however I was sent two units and charged for two. I called Customer Service and was told they would remedy the situation, refund the price of one unit and provide a address where I could return one unit. This follow up never happened and my purchase was not refunded.

The Oxiline MD Pro is very closely accurate to the $12K model my specialist has in his office. Using it a few times a week to track my progress. Improvements to the app would be very helpful. The weekly log is very difficult access at times. If the app interfacing was a bit better, I would award 5 stars. Another complaint would be that the MDPro lists BMI which is useless. The BMI obviously spits out another piece of inaccurate information in the form of perfect body weight. (All this is very useless to someone with a high muscle composition). However, I highly recommend the product.

I am using this device for three weeks. Here are some observations: 1. Using currently only batteries and the battery life indicator shows one bar. This looks like the batteries shipped have already passed their shelf life or the power consumption is exceeding the battery capacity capabilities. 2. Bluetooth connection requires very close placement of the phone to the device. I have an iHealth device and it seamlessly connects from a distance of several feet. 3. The measured data does not transfer automatically; I have to initiate it by turning on Memory. The Manual that came with my device does not have proper instructions. Maybe I did not set it up properly.

The Oxiline Blood Pressure XS Pro is a nice monitor. I like that it connects to my iPhone, except when I click on the Log to read previous readings it doesn’t show the latest reading or its several days behind. That is an issue that needs work.

I'm a regular, older customer and pleased to report that this OXILINE XS Pro is an excellent unit that does what it's supposed to do with little intervention by its' user and is very consistent with its' repeated measurements every time. It's very easy to put on by yourself and has special features that I like, such as the irregular or excessively fast heartbeat indicator. It also has an easy access date and time record of past readings for reference. It's very compact and can be stored easily. I'm very pleased with this unit and would recommend it to anyone, friend or foe. A.M. Elias

This really helps my back pain temporarily. I use it at least twice every day. I just wish I could order only the larger pads as those are the ones I use.
