As a physical therapy student I wanted something affordable to practice on myself between clinic days. This unit has been reliable and easy to wipe down. The intensity steps feel smooth so I do not get a sudden jump that makes me flinch. My roommate tried it on her IT band and said it felt weird at first but then the tightness eased up. I wish the cable was a tad longer but honestly I prop it on the couch and it is fine. Overall great value and simple to learn.

We have it in the bathroom and the kids keep asking what body age means, kind of funny but it opened some good talks about health. I’m training for a half marathon and wanted more than just a number on the scale. This device shows left and right leg muscle which was neat after I had a minor ankle sprain. Noticed my right leg lagged, so I added extra strength moves. The app is basic to look at but the graphs are easy to read and I export a PDF for my coach every two weeks. Only tiny gripe is I have to remember to stand still for a few seconds or it retries. Overall, really helpful.

ok so i’m not great with apps and my wifi was being weird but it still paired with bluetooth lol. first night i sat on the couch and checked like 6 times, the history logged all of them which is nice because i forget. next day i noticed the trend line went up after coffee and im like oh wow makes sense. sent a screenshot to my brother he’s a nurse and he said looks steady. feels light and comfy, battery still going after a week, no nonsense just does the thing.

I travel for work and needed something light that would sync without cables. This checks both boxes. Bluetooth paired right away and the readings jump into the app even if I forget to open it. Airport security did not bother with it and the strips in the little vial stay put. I compared to my lab draw and it was within a few points.

I started using this device after tweaking my lower back while moving boxes at work. Out of the box it charged up fast and the touchscreen made it obvious where to tap. I like that there are different modes because some days I want a strong buzz and some days just a light tingle. The larger pads cover my back, and the small ones fit my forearm when my elbow aches from typing. I run it during lunch and again before bed, and the battery still has bars left after a week.
