good scale i think, it tells fat free weight muscle stuff and the arms legs bits left right kinda cool but don’t overthink it just stand still hold the handles no socks i forgot once and it yelled at me in the app lol. the chart thing goes up down up down but trend line is smooth if you don’t drink 3 sodas. shipped fast box was ok and i keep it under the sink when cat isn’t sleeping on it. overall 4 stars feels legit.

My teen uses it during sports recovery since he has asthma. We check before and after practice, and the continuous mode during cool down is super helpful. The cable sensor looks odd but actually feels better than the squeeze clips he hated. I like that I can sit the unit on the bench and not worry about it dropping. Data on the app helped his coach understand when he needed a rest, which was unexpected and nice. Would recommend for parents in similar situations.

I usually run before breakfast and wanted something to track how I recover. This product gives me oxygen and pulse in a couple seconds, and the color display is clear even in early morning light. I compared it to my older finger monitor and this one is much more readable. The extra indicator for pulse strength helped me notice when the sensor wasn’t seated right. Only tiny gripe is I smudged the screen with sweaty hands, but a quick wipe fixed it. Overall dependable.

ok so i’m not great with apps and stuff but this one is easy just big buttons, i set it up and now it just works in the morning. music mode is nice when i’m cleaning house, then noisy mode at the cafe, i forget to switch sometimes but its fine the sound is still crisp. friends didnt notice i had it on until i pulled one out lol. battery good, case is neat and says it cleans which makes me feel better cause i drop things. i hear birds again weirdly, kinda made me smile.

honestly kinda nervous first time, i was like do i need a lot of blood or what, but just a tiny dot and done. fast result and i can see it without my glasses cause big numbers. app shows my morning trend green line and i texted it to my doc who said keep it up. sometimes i forget the lancet cap lol but the device is simple one button, no messing around. good for everyday not fancy just works.
