I have been struggling with sciatic nerve pain caused by bulging disks. I use the Oxiline TENS unit to help loosen up a tight lower back and help relax the muscles that are squeezing my nerves. The Oxiline product is compact, easy to use and offers A and B channels so I can set up a bidirectional stimulation. It offers a plethera of options for the stimulation. When I showed my unit to my physical therapist they were impressed with it too.

I can’t get Channel A and B to work simultaneously. I get A going then attempt to start B and A quits. And vice versa.

Customer service only seems to be handled by a bot, all tickets are slow to get a response to. When ordered they didn’t disclose product was on back order with no time line for delivery. I can’t recommend

Better to used the App and Live feature as the button navigation on device is confusing with functions like hold for 3 seconds or using two buttons. Printed manual is abysmal. All the text you need to read is in very light gray as if the printer was low on ink. For older folks or anyone with vision correction even with glasses you will find it impossible to read. Also the index should use page numbers for topics and each page should be numbered. When it lists an item such as 10 you have to flip through pages to find it. Device seems to work as intended, but have not yet checked it with my doctor's office. Screen is easy to read. Large number for the reading date and then one for the time taking a whole screen is a nuisance.

Shipping was quick and the packaging actually included a decent little pouch. I tested it side by side with the unit at my gym’s health corner and the numbers were basically the same. The cable is more comfortable than the clamp style I used to have, especially for longer checks while watching TV. The app took me a minute to find the settings, kinda buried, but once I set alerts it has been smooth. Good value for folks who monitor regularly.

My mom has COPD and I monitor her numbers a few times a day. This product gives consistent readings and the extra indicators make it easier to tell if her pulse is strong. I like that the display changes color so we can read it at night without turning on a big lamp. Shipping was a day late but it arrived packed well. We keep it on the coffee table and it’s become part of the routine.
