honestly kinda surprised how much detail it gives, like left arm vs right arm and core fat, i didn’t know i was lopsided lol. setup was fast, app found it right away and now i just open it and boom charts. the weight in kg or lbs is easy to switch and i sent the health report to my coach and she said keep doing whatever i’m doing. sometimes i step on with socks and it says nope so bare feet is the move. feels accurate, numbers don’t jump around unless i just chug water.

Setup was easy but I did have to re-align the cuff the first time since I put it on backwards, my fault. After that it’s been consistent. I appreciate having two profiles since my roommate and I are both tracking. We both notice the average feature calms us when one reading spikes. Bluetooth took about 30 seconds to pair and now it syncs as soon as I open the app. Solid little unit.

I keep this device on my nightstand and check my pressure before bed. The buttons are simple and the display is big with colors that show where I’m at. Shipping was quick and the box had simple instructions that even I could follow. The little app let me do a quick test and now voices are crisp without being harsh.
