I picked this up after my physio suggested a home unit for my chronic lower back pain. The setup took me maybe five minutes, and I liked that the pads come in different sizes so I could place two on the spine area and two on the sides. The touchscreen is bright and easy to read in my dim bedroom. I run a 20 minute session before bed and another quick one after morning stretches. The battery still shows full after a week. My favorite part is the adjustable intensity as I can keep it light on tight days or bump it up after workouts. Pain hasn’t vanished, but it’s much calmer and I sleep better.

I take care of my dad and needed a simple way to track his numbers. This device made it easy for me to keep a log, and the oxiline app stores everything so I do not have to write in a notebook anymore. I did have to re-pair once after an update, which was a little annoying, but it took two minutes and it has been stable since. I like the clean graphs and that I can message the report to his nurse in one tap. Overall very happy and relieved.

Grandkid helped pair it to my phone, took like a minute. The button is big enough for my clumsy thumbs. I like the little success beep. I write notes like toast or cereal and it reminds me which foods are fine. Gave 4 stars because I wish the case had a strap.
