The unit works great and seems accurate. The one thing that is annoying about the machine is that you can’t hardly pick it up without turning it on. It would be better if it was s little less sensitive to the touch.

Shipping was quick and the box included extra pads which was a nice touch. I have chronic neck stiffness from computer work and this device makes it easier to get through the day. The intensity steps are smooth so I can stop before it feels too strong. My wife was nervous to try it but ended up liking the gentle mode on her lower back. Controls are pretty straightforward and I saved my favorite setting. Not perfect at fixing everything but it takes the edge off.

I picked this up after my physical therapist suggested trying a home unit for knee pain from old soccer injuries. The touchscreen is clear enough that I can set a program without reading glasses. I like that there are different pad sizes because the smaller ones fit around the kneecap while the larger ones go on my quad. I usually run a 20 minute session while watching a show and the tight ache settles down. The battery surprised me. I charged it once and used it all week and it still showed full bars. For the price it beats going without between appointments.

I’m a data nerd but not into complicated gear, and this hit the sweet spot. The device feels sturdy, the display is easy to read, and the app shows everything from BMR to visceral fat without digging in menus. I like the segment charts because I’ve had a shoulder injury and can watch the imbalance shrinking. Syncs to my phone every time and I get a little boost when the body age ticks down. Didn’t expect to use the waist to hip ratio but now I check it monthly.

Been using it for a month with my wife and we both have profiles in the app. It tracks our metrics separately and the history graphs are clear. I noticed my skeletal muscle went up after switching my workouts, which was neat to confirm. The only hiccup was my first reading was off because I had wet feet, learned to dry them and hold the handles firm. Since then it’s been super consistent and gives me a nice snapshot of my week.
