Had a cheaper scale before that only did weight and a rough body fat guess. This one feels more serious without being complicated. I like the segmental breakdowns because my right leg is stronger from soccer, and it actually shows a tiny difference. The app took a minute to explore but now I favorite the key stats like skeletal muscle and BMR. I exported a PDF for my nutrition coach and he loved having it all in one place. Docked a star only because the first firmware update took a while, but after that it’s smooth.

I had a cheaper oximeter that never synced to anything, so I always lost track. This one finally keeps my data in one place and the trend line view makes more sense than a pile of sticky notes. I’m not very good with apps but the layout is simple, big buttons, and it shows the last reading right away. My only nitpick is I wish the font was a bit bigger on the history list, but I can still tap into each day and see details. For the price, and the fact I can share with my clinic, I’m pleased.

I had a hiccup pairing at first and hopped on chat, they walked me through turning off a setting on my phone and it synced right away. Since then it has been smooth, I take morning and evening readings and the app averages them so I can see if things are trending down with my new diet. The screen is bright and simple. I do wish the tiny symbols were labeled a bit clearer, but that is minor. Glad that buying this also supports the U.S. Army.
