bought it after a friend in my run club said it shows leg balance and wow it does lol. first week i was like why is left leg less muscle then boom realized i always carry my kid on that side and got tight hip. now i track it and app shows tiny changes. yeah sometimes it says stand still and i fidget so it errors but next try works. feels accurate, numbers match my gym’s InBody close enough for me.

Lo compré para mi abuelo y funciona bien, se conecta al móvil sin líos y el historial en la app ayuda mucho. A veces escribo notas como después de caminar, y su médico vio los datos en la consulta, todo muy cómodo, bateria aguanta bastante y la pinza no molesta.

I had a cheaper unit before that never saved anything and I kept losing paper notes. This device solved that because it stores everything in the app with dates and little graphs. I like checking the weekly view and noticing how my sleep affects the morning numbers. The Bluetooth range is fine around my living room and kitchen. Only thing I’d change is the tiny font on one screen, but that’s me and my eyes.

Got this for my wife after her shoulder surgery, and we both ended up using it. The touchscreen is bright enough to read without glasses, and switching intensity is quick. I like that it remembers the last mode so I don’t fiddle every time. Battery is still going after two weeks of on and off use. Shipping took a day longer than the estimate but that’s fine. It’s become part of our nightly routine with ice and then this.

I picked this up after my PT used something similar on my ankle. The setup was simple, I just charged it and followed the quick guide. The different modes feel distinct and the gentle pulsing really eases that nagging ache after long walks. I appreciate the larger pad for my thigh and the smaller ones for around the ankle bone. I now use it 20 minutes in the evening while watching TV, and my sleep has improved because I’m not tossing from soreness. Solid 5 stars from a skeptical buyer.
