I’m a mom of two trying to get back into lifting, and this device made it simple to see progress without obsessing over the mirror. It shows skeletal muscle and body fat and even splits it for core, arms, and legs. Seeing the muscle number creep up kept me going when the scale weight stalled. My husband likes the BMR readout for planning calories. We both have profiles in the app and it keeps things separate which is nice. Only nitpick is I forget to moisten my hands sometimes and it reminds me, but otherwise 5 stars in spirit.

I keep it on the kitchen counter and take a reading before coffee and again at night. It averages the last 2 or 3, which my doctor specifically asked me to do, so that feature is perfect. The cuff inflates smoothly and doesn’t pinch like my older unit. Pairing to the app took about 30 seconds and since then it just syncs in the background, no tapping around. My spouse set up the second profile and now we compete on who keeps better numbers, kind of funny but it keeps us consistent.

I’ve tried a few monitors and this one is the first with a screen big enough for my grandma to read on her own. The buttons are simple and the two user slots mean we don’t mix up our numbers anymore. The app collected our readings automatically the moment I opened it, which was a relief because I hate manual entry. The only tiny thing is I wish it came with a wall plug, but the batteries have held up for weeks. Overall it’s dependable and not fussy.

I bought this after my old monitor quit and I am impressed with how simple it is. The large screen is easy to read without glasses and the cuff wraps my upper arm better than the last brand. I like that it can run on the four AAA batteries or I can plug it into a USB C charger near the couch. My wife uses the second profile so we do not mix up results. After a week of morning checks the stored history made it easy to talk with our nurse about trends.
