I was skeptical because I’ve tried a cheaper device before and it felt weak. This one has a smoother feel and stronger pulses, and the larger pads on my lower back make a big difference. The touchscreen is simple, even my dad figured it out when he borrowed it. Only thing I had to learn was where to place the pads for my hip, but once I looked up a diagram it worked great. I’ve been using it three times a week and I’m less stiff in the mornings.

Been using it for 3 months while doing home workouts. The segment analysis for core and legs surprised me because I thought my core was stronger. I changed my plan to add planks and I can actually see the muscle percent inch up over several weeks. The app shows ideal body weight and a body type label, which I take with a grain of salt but it’s a fun guide. Battery life still going strong. I’d give it a 4.5 if I could.

I keep it at my desk and do a quick check at lunch on stressful days. The pump is pretty quiet and I can use it without the phone if I forget, then it syncs later which is nice. Over a month the numbers in the app made it easy to see that my evening reading is higher than morning, so I changed my coffee timing. My coworker borrowed it once and now he wants one too. The included instructions were short but clear enough.

I’ve tried a couple of home monitors and this one has been the least fussy. The cuff wraps smoothly and doesn’t dig in like my old one did. I track my morning and evening numbers and it stores plenty of history so I don’t have to write everything down anymore. I powered it with a USB C adapter from my phone and it worked fine. Shipping was quick, the box was a little dented but the device inside was perfect.
