Shipping was quick and the box included a little guide that actually helped. I tried a cheaper unit before and it felt weak, but this one has plenty of intensity range. I like that the battery lasts me almost three weeks using it every other day. My husband borrows it for shoulder tension from driving and now we argue over who gets it first. Only thing is I wish the cable was a tad longer, but it’s fine on the couch.

Setup was easy though I had to reset Bluetooth once on my phone, after that it paired right away. I like how it breaks down subcutaneous versus visceral fat and gives an obesity level and body type so I can explain it to my dad. The app also shows protein percentage, bone mass, and BMR in one screen which is handy. I exported a monthly report to email and sent it to my dietitian without any hassle. The platform feels stable and the readings have been consistent on my hardwood floor.

I switched from an old analog scale and I cannot believe how much extra info I was missing. I keep it by my squat rack and weigh in before workouts in kg and the app also shows lbs if I need it. Seeing fat free body weight and skeletal muscle change as I up my protein has kept me consistent. The trend charts make it obvious when I am dehydrated because body water dips and my weight spikes. Battery has been in there since April and still fine.

My sister is a nurse and she recommended getting something that measures visceral fat, so I went with this model. Out of the box it connected right away, I stood barefoot, held the handles, and it showed a full body read in like 10 seconds. The historical trends are awesome because I can see when my water intake drops my body water number dips too. I shared a health report before my annual check and my doctor appreciated it, said the consistency helps. Great for staying motivated.

I travel for work so I wanted something I could step on, grab the handles, and be done. This fits in our bathroom and looks clean. The coolest part is seeing core vs arms vs legs, because I’ve been rehabbing a shoulder and can see the left arm coming back slowly. The app also tells me ideal weight and waist hip ratio, which I never tracked before. Only tiny gripe is I wish the text inside the app was a bit bigger, but that’s nitpicky. Overall very happy.
