Setup was straightforward for me, but my dad needed me to show him how to stand and hold the grips. Once we got it, the readings were consistent and the app shows weekly and monthly charts that I check on Sundays. I like seeing skeletal muscle and protein levels since I’ve been upping my protein. It also guessed my body age which gave me a little nudge to walk more. Not cheap, but I feel like I’m getting clinic style info at home.

I work night shifts and my hands get cold, so my old meter was inconsistent. With this one the pulse strength bars clue me in when I need to warm up my fingers first, then I get stable numbers. The multicolor screen is a relief at 3 am when I’m groggy. I emailed support with a question about auto shutoff and they replied same day with a short clear answer. good bp thing works fine i use it morning coffee no wait i mean before coffee cuz nurse told me not after and it shows average 2 or 3 readings thats cool. bluetooth hooked up okay not hard just tap tap phone. cuff feels okay not too tight and i got bigger arms, xl cuff came later in mail and fits better now. keeps my numbers so i dont gotta remember, 4 stars cause batteries ugh but still good.

pretty happy so far, little confused first night with the lights on the case and I pressed the wrong button, but figured it out. sound is clean, voices less muffled, I can hear my wife in the car with windows down now. I typed in my old test and it adjusted something cause it felt more natural next day. not heavy, I forget they are on until the dog shakes and I hear it super clear ha. would buy again.
