Recovering from a mild rotator cuff strain, I started using this in the evenings while icing. The device lets me dial the intensity so it’s strong but not uncomfortable, and the timer is handy when I get distracted. It fits in the nightstand and the pads go back on the plastic sheet without getting gross. Minor quirk is I sometimes tap the wrong mode with my thumb because I’m clumsy, but that’s on me. Pain levels are down and range of motion is better.

ok so i wasnt sure at first bc my old scale was super flaky, this one is different. hands on the handle feet on the pads, boom it shows like 15 things. body water, protein, muscle idk all of it. sometimes i forget to stand still and it says hold steady lol but when i do it right the numbers match how my jeans fit. sent the report to my doc before my appointment and she said keep doing what you’re doing. good stuff tbh.
