good little thing for my dad he has stiffness shoulders from painting years and years the screen tap tap and it goes. i like that the modes switch fast no waiting and the buzz not too harsh unless you crank it way up which i did by accident and went whoa lol but fine now. pads different sizes so knee small pad shoulder big pad. been two weeks no charge needed still going strong, use it mornings coffee then therapy then out the door.

ok so i use it every other day after gym, no shoes, sometimes i forget to hold the handles right lol and it says error then fine. i like the little charts up down up down but mostly down now which is good. body type thing said athletic one week then normal the next idk maybe i drank a lot of water. still i can see left arm more muscle than right so now doing curls more on the right. solid device tbh.

Picked this up after my husband started keto and wanted data. Now we both use it and the multi user setup actually works, it recognized me by weight and phone nearby. I appreciate the protein and BMR estimates since I’m trying to eat smarter, not just less. The electrodes for hands make it feel more accurate than my last one that was feet only. Customer service answered a pairing question on chat in like 10 minutes, which was nice. Five stars from our house.

The lancet depth is easy to set and needs such a tiny drop that my fingers do not feel beat up anymore. Results are fast enough that I can check before the kids finish setting the table. Shipping was quick and the box included extra pads which was a nice surprise. I had a sprained ankle and my doctor said light stim could be ok, so I used the low mode around the area and it helped with the dull ache. The menu is simple, big icons, and I did not have to read a ton to get going. Battery life is legit, I charged once and used it all week while watching TV. Only hiccup was I put a pad on backwards once lol and it did nothing until I fixed it.

I keep this in my gym bag and use it after heavy squats. The small screen is bright and I can see it in the dim locker room. I like setting a 20 minute session while I stretch and it shuts off on its own. The pads have held up for a month so far, I put them back on the plastic sheet and they stay sticky. My wife was skeptical but she stole it for neck stiffness and now we share it. Feels sturdy and not cheap.

I found this after my gym buddy mentioned using a TENS belt. I was skeptical because gadgets usually end up in a drawer, but this one actually gets used. The material is thin enough that I can wear it under a hoodie on dog walks, and the remote fits in my pocket. I switch between the gentle mode and a stronger one after deadlifts, and the relief is solid without feeling prickly. I wish the indicator lights were a bit brighter in sunlight, minor thing, but overall I’m happy and would buy again.
