The scale didn’t meet my needs due to some physical limitations, so I tried to return it. Unfortunately, getting in touch with customer service was extremely difficult. I made several attempts by phone and email before finally receiving a response. I hope the company improves communication going forward.

The idea is encouraging. As I continue to use this device I am experiencing inaccurate data. Battery isn’t low, either. Battery is holding a lengthy charge. Used by 2 people daily. Once a day. I program it to read in pounds, yet Kg is how the screen displays. One day I’m 190lbs. Then next, I’m 29kg. Frustrating. (I’m 130lbs irl) I simply don’t trust the measurements. So do I return and try a different brand? Do I keep logging my scans and realize I’ll just have to settle for the medium? Often, the machine will not take my measurements. I step off. Try again. And again. No reading, yet I’m weighing myself correctly. App seemed simple to set up. Again, I just don’t understand why it won’t hold my chosen form of measurements in lbs. the display is easy to read. I do wish I could compare an ongoing chart vs selecting a week and only getting one day if it’s a Monday. It should gather the past 7 days no matter the day of the week. Package arrived safely packaged. It was significantly delayed in arrival. I had to reach out to customer service and I was promptly told it was on back order. The idea of owning ad using this machine in my home is appealing. I wish that I could trust its accuracy.

I recently purchased an MD Pro Scale.it is a fine piece of equipment but the instruction manual lacks serious information.measurements should reflect health norms by age.for example a young adult male best health range for fat is 10-20 % of body weight.a young adult female is 15-25% fat.under or over this range carries health risks.H2o % should be 50-60 % of total weight.under 50% reflects dehydration.over 60% over hydration indicates likely high blood pressure usually caused by excess sodium, creatine supplements, steroid use,,use of training supplements with unknown content.buying a piece of equipment like this is meaningless without knowledge of best health norms by age.do this because none of your competition does.

I bought this scale after using a simpler scale for years. I love all the metrics it measures and also each arm, leg and torso separately. This is a great scale for anyone really interested in their composition! I would definitely recommend!

After a short leaning curve I’ve been happy with this device. The accuracy was verified with my doc. Two suggestions for new owners: Use a 6 foot usb-c cord to power the device if used regularly, and download the online user manual because to enclosed instructions are practically unreadable. https://support.oxiline.shop/hc/en-us/article_attachments/26547355929111

Got this after my old bathroom scale died and I’m impressed. The electrodes for hands and feet make the readings feel more legit, and I can check subcutaneous fat versus overall. At first I stood wrong and the numbers looked weird, then I read the tip to keep hands steady and feet dry and boom, stable results. The app lets me tag measurements after workouts or rest days, and I can see patterns. Packaging was clean and it arrived two days early.

I used to only track BMI which was not telling me much. With this product I can see visceral fat and protein level along with BMR, so I finally understand why my calories felt off. I sent the PDF report to my nutritionist and she appreciated the details. It even shows ideal weight and body type which gave me realistic targets. Updates are fast and I like the trend lines over months. It keeps me consistent without stressing me out.

I bought this for daily monitoring while recovering from a chest cold and it’s been steady and quick. The display is high contrast and I can read it in low light by my bedside. My teen tried it too and laughed at how fast the numbers lock in. Only tiny nitpick is I sometimes put it on upside down when I’m half asleep, but that’s on me. Overall I’m confident in the readings and it’s now part of my morning routine.
