I do weigh myself everyday some days I see improvements others not so. I like and trust that when I try to improve myself it shows. I don’t understand the science behind it but I work to improve my scores. I like seeing the numbers and would only recommend the scale md pro. There is no subscription to pay for and it links to my health app effectively. I have let a few people use it and they all seemed intrigued by the information. If knowledge is power you need this scale.

ok so i kinda bought this on a late night scroll, no big expectations, but it’s good. weight in lbs or kg, bmr shows up, body age made me laugh then i started eating better lol. holds steady on my uneven bathroom floor, and the left right leg muscle thing told me my right side is doing all the work, figures. paired with the app fast, didn’t have to read the whole manual tbh, just tap tap done.

first time oximeter buyer here, kinda nervous at first. i tap the button and boom it shows my oxygen and heart beats, the color stuff makes it easy, like green good blue number thing, you know. used it before a run and after, cool to see the change. no fancy setup just clip on finger. my kid thought it looked like a tiny spaceship lol. feels accurate enough, matches the pharmacy one pretty close.

using it daily after covid, numbers are clear. the multicolor makes sense to me even when i’m tired. sometimes I hold it wrong and it says low then i flip it and it’s fine, the little pulse bars help me know it’s actually reading. battery still going after 2 weeks. wish the lanyard was longer but whatever, it works good and i can read it without glasses most times

I volunteer at a community center and I bring this product in my bag. The color display is great for our seniors who can’t read tiny numbers. I like that it averages the last two or three checks because we often take repeat readings after a rest. Two user profiles help me keep personal readings separate from the center’s demo tests. Bluetooth syncs to my phone and I export a PDF for my doctor every month. Works smoothly and feels sturdy.

Been using this device for three weeks and it’s much better than my old wrist unit. The wide cuff fits my upper arm and I picked up the XL cuff for my dad when he visits on Sundays. It stores a lot of readings so I can scroll back and see how my salt cutback is going. Pairing with the app took me a minute but once connected it stays connected. Runs on AAA batteries which is handy since I always have spares.
