The first time I used it was very easy. I felt comfortable with getting an accurate reading. The readings have been consistent and helpful. As I continue to monitor my bp I feel confident sharing my readings with my doctor. My only complaint is the app. It seems to have a glitch and I can’t access it when I take my pressure.

Overall great information to have to manage my weight and workout success. I struggle with the android app some. Cannot get it to complete the scan the first time everyday. Also the settings account sync is weird. Doesn't have a setting and I have to click it everyday for it to send to google fit.

I’m a new dad and kind of paranoid. I like that it has a baby setting so I’m not guessing. I also use the object mode for formula water and for checking the radiator in our old apartment. The only small gripe is I sometimes forget to switch modes and get weird numbers, which is on me. Build feels solid, buttons have a soft click, and the display is bright but not blinding in the dark. Would buy it again.

I picked this up during ankle rehab and it helped with that dull ache that flares after exercises. I used the gentler mode first then bumped the intensity up as I got comfortable. The adhesive on the pads felt too sticky the first use, then it settled in fine. Compared to my old knob style unit, the touchscreen makes changes faster with less guessing. I plug it in once a week and it still usually shows plenty of battery.

Training for a half marathon, I wanted to keep an eye on fat free body weight and muscle, and this device delivers on that without any drama. The four sensor base feels stable on my tile floor and the readings are reliable within a few tenths when I step on twice. I like that I can switch units from kg to lb since my coach uses different units. The app keeps graphs of body fat and water so I can see if I am dehydrated after long runs. I also printed a health report from the app and brought it to my sports doc who liked the simple layout. Overall it fits my routine and takes seconds each morning.

Training for my first half marathon, I needed more than just weight. The segment view showed my left arm was lagging, so I added a few sets of single arm rows and it evened out over three weeks. The waist hip ratio and visceral fat numbers helped me dial in food choices, and the body water reading lets me tell if I am dehydrated after long runs. Being able to check muscle in my legs has been a quiet boost in confidence before race day.

I keep this in my gym bag. After treadmill sessions I sit on the bench, clip it on, and the reading pops up fast. The app logs the session and I tag it as workout so later I can see patterns on heavy days. Sent the weekly summary to my trainer and she adjusted my intervals based on the dip she saw. Never thought I’d actually use the sharing feature, but it’s been helpful. Build quality feels solid, no rattles.

I’m a home health nurse and bring this along on visits. It travels well in my bag and the cable hasn’t kinked. The readings line up with our clinic equipment within a point or two, which is good enough for field checks. Patients like seeing the large numbers on screen. The app export makes charting easier at the end of the day. Only con is the beep is a bit soft in a noisy home, but you can watch the screen so not a deal breaker.

My dad is 72 and he prefers bigger, clearer displays. This one is bright and the multicolor makes it obvious which number is which. We checked readings in the morning and before bed for a week and the oxygen numbers stayed consistent. He likes the pulse strength indicator because he can tell when his hands are too cold and needs to warm them. Only small note is the clip is a bit tight on his finger but it’s fine after a second.

setup was fine but i got confused for a minute with the bluetooth because my phone tried to pair in settings and the instructions said use the app so i started over and then it worked, no big deal just do it in the app, readings look right and i like the color screen and big numbers, had to dig up AAA batteries from the junk drawer, cuff fits my arm and doesnt scratch, now i just tap start and it saves it and boom on the app too
