I am very satisfied with my Oxiline Pressure XS/Pro! A quick review of the instructions and I was off and running, and found the product super simple to use. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with (or couldn't figure out) was how to get my blood pressure readings out of the device and into the app on my iPhone. Still, I give it 5 stars for exceeding my expectations.

I started a step challenge at work and wanted to keep better tabs on my weight. This device paired to the Oxiline app on my iPhone in under a minute and it remembered me right away the next day. As a massage therapist I keep this in my bag for clients with stubborn calf and forearm tightness. The adjustable intensity is smooth and doesn’t jump, which is important when someone is nervous. I appreciate the labeled modes for different areas, makes it quick during sessions. The carry case is basic but fine. Only note is I wish the cable was a little longer, but overall it’s reliable and clients say they feel looser after.

Been using it during marathon training and the muscle mass and skeletal muscle trends help me not panic when weight spikes after long runs. I weigh in before coffee, bare feet, hold the grips, and it syncs to my iPhone health. My wife likes the body type label since it feels less judgy than a single number. I like the waist hip ratio because my coach pays attention to that. Customer service answered a pairing question in under an hour by email, which was nice.

I’m pretty casual about fitness but love data. The device gives a ton of stats without feeling complicated. There’s BMI, water, protein level, even ideal weight, which I take with a grain of salt. What surprised me is the left right arm balance, I apparently use the mouse arm too much. After some light dumbbells the graph evened out in a month. I had one moment where the phone didn’t see it, I just reopened the app and it synced. For the price I think it’s worth it.

I’ve tried two cheap oximeters before and both were flaky. This one finally gives consistent readings and the app is actually useful. I set reminders inside the app to check every evening, then I review the weekly graph on Sundays. When my dad visited, I added him as a guest and saved his readings separately, which was handy. Minor thing, the first firmware update took a while, but after that it’s been smooth.
