good scale i think, stepped on it like 5 times cuz i didnt trust it lol but numbers were same so ok. app hooked up to my phone fast no weird codes, just tap tap. my kid said it looks like a tablet on the floor which is funny, anyway its thin and doesnt wobble. i check after coffee sometimes maybe not smart but it still tracks fine and i can see the little line go up or down, makes sense enough.

i didnt think i needed more than a bathroom scale but wow this shows like fat free weight and sub fat and the muscle in each arm lol. first time i messed up the stance and it said hold still then i did again and got it right. app pairs quick on iphone xr, no drama. told my brother and he tried it and was like dude your left leg is weak which i knew from soccer injuries. been tracking nightly after dinner probably should do mornings but whatever it still shows trends and the body age dropped 2 years which made me smile.

I run 5k three times a week and wanted something to check muscle mass in my legs. This thing breaks it down by legs and core so I can tell if my strength days are working. The app syncs fast over Bluetooth and even shows a little calendar view. I sent the PDF report to my physical therapist before my knee appointment and it saved us time. It reads in pounds and kilograms which was handy when my cousin visited. Slight learning curve on how to stand and hold the handles still, but now it’s second nature.

Bought for my dad, he likes the big numbers and I like the history in the app. Good buy.

Nice for tracking trends over a few weeks. Battery holds up fine and sharing a PDF with my doc was easy.

Works well and the cuff is comfy. Took me a minute to figure out the first setup.

Accurate readings and the app syncs quick. I like knowing part of the price supports the Army.

I have bigger upper arms and the regular cuff actually worked, but I grabbed the XL cuff later for comfort. Readings match what I get at the clinic within a point or two. I appreciate that it runs on AAA batteries because I had some at home already. The memory holds more than I will ever need and I can scroll through by date. Only tiny thing is I wish the buttons had a little click, but it’s still very easy to use.

I bought this after my nurse suggested tracking at home and it has been smooth. The cuff slides on easy and the screen is bright even in my dim kitchen. I like that it keeps separate profiles because my husband checks his too. The app sync is automatic on my phone, I open it and the new reading shows up. I also like seeing the average of the last few readings, it makes me less anxious about one odd spike.

I use this device twice a day as part of my morning routine with coffee and vitamins. The readings have been steady compared to the pharmacy machine down the street, within a couple points. I love that it stores up to 199 per user, because my doctor likes to see trends, not one-offs. USB-C is a big plus since I have spare cables everywhere. The build feels solid and the cuff doesn’t crinkle like some cheaper ones I tried.

I’ve tried a few monitors and this one is the least fussy. The arm cuff has a wide range, and I grabbed the XL later for my husband who lifts and has bigger arms. Setup took two minutes, basically press start and sit still. The memory feature is handy because I forget to write numbers down, now I just scroll through the last 30 or so. Only tiny gripe is the beep is a bit loud at 6 am, but that’s minor.
