I bought it do to your reviews and your advertising to be accurate and i toke it i to my doctor's office and it reads 13 points high and I contacted them on a refund and they only want to refund 30 percent and if you want a full refund you have to pay for return shipping and then they deduct the shipping cost of sending it to you out ou your refund. All this tells me they have a high rate of refunds. I would think twice before you order from them.

Extremely disappointed with this machine. I gave away the previous version to a person in need, purchased this for myself – what a mistake! The first thing you’ll see is a manual printed in extremely light ink with a thin typeface, making virtually impossible to read. I had to take pictures of the pages, them change the contrast and reprint it! The “history” is also very hard to read, as one reading involves scrolling through multiple screens – Why??? I wrote to customer service, receiving a wholly inadequate response – really good way to lose a customer. I’m researching other companies carefully to replace this one.

I bought this after my doctor suggested tracking body fat and water, and it’s been super helpful. The app synced right away and I can switch between lbs and kg since my gym uses kg. I really like the hand and foot electrodes because my old bathroom scale only did feet and it was all over the place. Now I can see my left arm vs right arm muscle and noticed my right side was lagging, so I added a few reps and it evened out over a month. The weekly trend graphs are clear and I emailed a report to my coach without hassle. Five stars for making the numbers easy to understand.

honestly impressed. i was worried it would be fussy but nope, push button and read it, bright colors, big numbers. i used it next to my brothers device and we got basically same numbers. sometimes i forget to sit still and the bar shows weak pulse then i wait and it locks in. battery still going after weeks. good buy

I got this for my college dorm because I started working out and wanted to keep an eye on my numbers. Pairing with my Android was ok, took me a minute cuz I forgot to allow location, my bad lol. Once connected it’s been smooth, opens the app and the readings just show up. Buttons are big and the screen is bright, even at night. The memory feature is cool, I can scroll back and compare exam week vs normal weeks. Solid 4 stars from me.
