Beware… don't purchase from this company, no customer service seems to exist. When trying to pause subscription as stated they would. Email unanswered for 10 days. Now must figure out how to cancel completely

We purchased 2 Tens XS Pros based upon published independent reviews. Delivery was about one month probably due to timing of the order being in December. We received the order in good condition. The included instructions were very rudimentary and not helpful except for how to charge and power up. There were no instructions for which mode, type, or placement of pads for any given objectives. We had to hunt around the internet for any kind of help. Some assistance for best practices would be added value to instructions.

I have had two of this type of blood pressure aneroid sphygmomanometers that were completely unreliable. This aneroid sphygmomanometer is easy to use and always works well. No problems with the cuff attachment or operation of the sphygmomanometer. I would highly recommend this aneroid sphygmomanometer to anyone who is trying to free themselves of the otherwise always reliable pressure gauge and stethoscope.

When told disabled person I help was already getting a device I cancelled my order within one hour of placing. Though told twice order was cancelled I was still charged and item sent which was immediately returned. This was on 12/30 and still waiting for credit. Product may be good but customer service is definitely not. Now a month of calls and emails to no avail. Good luck if you have an issue.

A great high quality product at a beyond fair price. Great incentive to positively change both body and mind in positive directions. Feet and hands must be moist for full body analysis/reading to occur. Best measured after a shower.

The cuff works fine, but the app is buggy. It doesn't always connect to the cuff. Sometimes, the cuff shows readings but the app doesn't. It works better if I restart the app each time.

10/10 great time. This mfer vibrates the hell outta my back and glut. My wife uses this regularly too. Tbh i put this on while im playing resident evil 2 and it helps my muscles chill tf out. Thanks oxiline!!

Consecutive readings taken of patient's left and right index fingers consistently differed by 2 points. We purchased a much more expensive medical grade unit from another company. The other unit provided more consistent readings. The Oxiline device did not provide value since we did not trust the readings it provided.

I’m very happy with my purchase. The scale works perfectly with no issues, and it’s very accurate. I was actually surprised by the results, because I didn’t realize how much fat I had gained, muscle I had lost, etc. until I saw the actual numbers. This scale keeps me honest. Sometimes we are so used to seeing ourselves one way that we fail to see how we actually are, how we have changed, for better or worse. This scale is now an essential tool in my personal health care routine. It’s helped me adjust my nutrition and exercise habits, and I have seen improvements across the board since I started using the scale a month ago. I recommend it for anybody but especially those who are not sure where their health actually stands. The numbers just don’t lie. The graphs are very helpful and encouraging, because even though I feel like I’m plateauing, the numbers are showing gradual and consistent improvements. You just have to be patient, consistent and disciplined with your lifestyle. This scale is one of the best if not the best investment I’ve made.

I received my product with a cracked screen. I understand things happen, so I contacted Oxiline about my situation. Played a little e mail tag( my fault) so they responded promptly I just screwed up. Oxiline requested photos of the screen, and when that was done they took the ball and ran. I received a new product in short manner, and didn’t have to deal with the headaches of returning the old product. I have no complaints, to the people I dealt with thank you, and keep up the good work. Sincerely, a person with tachycardia and O2 that dropped to 61%. I feel confident with your product.
