I’ve used a few bathroom scales that only show weight and maybe body fat, but this device goes deeper without feeling complicated. The handles make me feel like it’s reading my body better, and the app shows things like visceral fat and muscle mass in a clean layout. I started lifting again at 6 am and it’s nice to see skeletal muscle slowly tick up over a month. My only small gripe is I wish the app font could be bigger, but otherwise very happy and keeping it by the bedroom mirror.

I keep it on my desk while I work from home and check it when I feel a little off. The display is super readable, even when my room is sunny. I like that it shows pulse rate and a little indicator of strength, helps me sit still long enough to get a good reading. Customer service answered a quick question about cleaning the sensor, they were polite and clear. I’d buy again for my sister.

Had a cheaper monitor before that always felt off by 10 points. This one lines up with the pharmacy machine when I checked. I like the wide-range cuff, it sits stable on my arm and inflates quietly. The history screen is easy to scroll and I can see 199 entries which is plenty. Bluetooth connected on the second try, I might have tapped the wrong device name first time lol. No complaints so far, would buy again.

After my daughter nagged me for months I finally tried this and I am glad I did. I wear it when I garden and switch to outdoor mode so the wind is less annoying but I can still hear birds again which made me smile. On the phone I hear my sister clearly without putting her on speaker. The device is small and did not rub on my glasses, which was my main worry. The charging case is neat because it freshens them up while I cook dinner and then I am set for the evening TV time.
