I’m training for a half marathon and wanted more than just weight. This product shows muscle and water which helps me spot when I’m dehydrated after long runs. The hand electrodes look a little goofy but they do work, I get more detailed results than my old bathroom scale. The app nudged me to measure at the same time each day so my numbers are more stable now. Took me a couple tries to understand the body type chart, once I got it the info made sense. Overall really happy with it.

ok so i’ve tried a bunch of cheap tens things before and this one actually stuck in my gym bag, like i use it 3x a week. touch screen is clean, i tap the mode and go, no hunting in menus. pads different sizes is clutch for quads vs wrist, and it hits nice tingle not too harsh if you ramp slow. battery doesn’t die, i forgot the charger on a trip and it still worked all week. helped me with DOMS, stairs didn’t hurt, mom even asked to try it lol.

I was skeptical because the last unit I had years ago was confusing. This one is way easier. Big icons on the screen, plus buttons that respond right away. I use it for my neck and shoulders after desk work, then switch to my hip when I get up. My spouse jokes I look like a robot with the pads on. Not a big complaint but the cable could be a tiny bit longer, still a great buy overall.
