Easy to set up the app, but actually getting the scale to measure all the data is terrible. Super frustrating when it won’t give a full read out over and over again. I’ve only gotten a solid read 3 times.

Scale works fine for me, but my wife almost always has to make 2 to 3 attempts. Occasionally 5 to get a reading. Weight it does fine, but the full body scan it has issues for her for some reason. I expected better. It isn't garbage, but it certainly isn't perfect either.

Have had quite a few high level scans, usually ranging between 9.5-11.5% body fat. The oxiline scale gave a result 19.5% on several attempts. Very dissatisfied, would NOT reccomend.

At first, it took me 15 trials before the scale actually worked once in a while. It will also not return a full reading just giving you your weight, which is not the point. The reading is kind of weird in the sense that it give you a torso, body fat consent and it’s telling me that mine is at 146%. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service and this is where it’s bad. They really are not responsive at all, but they are very good at sending marketing emails.

I could not be happier. The interface is clean, appealing, and easy to use. It's very satisfying to be building a robust series of helpful metrics on my Body. The scale is beautifully made and feels like one of the fanciest, hi-tech things I own. Best of all, the app does not require a subscription and that obliterates the competition in smart scales.

Terrible product and customer service. Took forever to arrive and when it finally did doesn’t work at all Can’t even get scale to show in pounds instead of kg. Emailed to return product and they tell you it works. That it’s you not them. Going to get money back via American Express. Do not buy this product. Do not work with this company. Terrible!

My husband and I share this device and it recognizes us automatically which is neat. I am training for a half marathon and the skeletal muscle and water numbers help me adjust my hydration. The segment charts pointed out my right leg was slightly weaker, so I added single leg squats and it evened out in a few weeks. App notifications are gentle, not annoying. Only wish the font on the screen was a bit bigger, but overall very happy.
