ok so i dont write reviews much but this helped my cranky back bigtime. put it on under pj pants and it doesnt bunch up. heat kicks in quick then i hit the little zap mode lol and it relax, like muscles go ahhh. wore it while folding laundry and making tea, forgot it was there. battery still green after like 12 days no joke. i did fumble the remote first night cuz i pressed hold to turn off? idk but now it’s easy and comfy and i sleep better after using it.
