great scale thing i use it before breakfast most days, the app does the little charts and i like the body age going down lol. was confused first time with hands cause i didnt hold right and it said retry then ok after i stood still. shows arms legs core seperate which is cool cuz my left leg was weird numbers and now its better i think. shared a pdf to my coach from the app. good stuff works fine no drama

Got it for my marathon training after a chest cold. I keep it on while I cool down and it tracks my recovery without me needing to hold still.
