I bought this after my PT suggested trying a home TENS, and I’m glad I did. The screen is simple to read without my glasses and I can tap between modes quickly. I use the smaller pads on my forearm for tendon pain and the larger ones on my lower back. The intensity goes high enough that I never need to max it out. I charge it maybe once every two weeks and I use it most evenings. It’s become part of my wind down routine after the kids go to bed, 20 minutes and I feel looser.

Not gonna lie my first try was messy, I was half asleep and holding a coffee and the app yelled at me to retry lol. After that it’s been smooth and the trends are super clear. I’m using it to rebuild after a knee injury and the left right breakdown shows my quad still behind on the bad side which matches how it feels on stairs. I send the monthly report to my PT and she likes the extra data. Battery life seems fine so far and the glass is easy to wipe.

tbh i was worried the app would be confusing but nope it’s simple, tap and boom the numbers show up and it saves them, graphs look chill. i run 3x a week and check right after, then later when i’m resting to compare. one time it didn’t connect cuz i left bluetooth off lol my bad. device feels sturdy and it fits my chunky fingers too, which is nice.

been using this for 3 weeks now and its kinda part of my night routine, tv on couch then measure then bed, no drama. the screen is bright colors and the numbers big big, i tap start and it goes, averages the last two or 3 so i don’t overthink one weird spike. paired to my phone once and now it just does it, like boom synced. cuff fits my big arm fine, i thought it wouldnt, but yeah. good stuff, feels accurate and calm to use.
