I use it every morning after a short treadmill walk to see how I’m doing. The app shows little graphs that make sense even to me and I’m not into gadgets. I shared the report with my cardiologist by email and he actually commented that it was helpful. Bluetooth connected fine, only once it didn’t sync until I reopened the app. Battery lasts about a week with daily checks. Solid buy.

I’ve had a few monitors over the years and this one is the easiest so far. The arm cuff actually fits my larger arm without pinching and I like that there is an XL option if I ever need it. It remembers a lot of readings, so I can scroll back and see what happened after salty dinners. Only tiny gripe is it takes 4 AAA batteries, but I switch to the adapter when I’m near a plug and it’s fine.

I bought this for my mom after her checkup and we’ve been using it every night. The cuff is comfortable and the display is huge so she can read it without glasses. I set her as user A and I’m user B which makes it simple to track our own numbers. We use batteries during travel and plug in with USB-C at home.
