Had a TENS unit years ago that ate batteries and was kinda clunky, so I wasn’t sure if this would be any better. It is smoother to use. I keep it in my gym bag and use it on quads after leg day, 15 to 20 minutes. The intensity steps are gentle so I don’t jump when it ramps up. Shipping was quick and the box came with extra pads which was a nice surprise. Not magic, but it takes the edge off soreness so I can sleep.

Got it for my dad who is managing pre diabetes. He is not into gadgets but the app text is large and the weekly report made sense to him. We printed his body composition summary before a checkup and the nurse commented it was clear. The weight readings match our old scale within 0.2 lb but this has way more info like visceral fat and protein levels. Only small gripe is he sometimes forgets to hold the handles long enough, then it only records weight. Once he slows down it works fine.

Trainer recommended a scale with hand electrodes and this one fit the bill. I started a new blood pressure med and needed something simple at home. This device took me a couple minutes to set up with my phone and the graph in the app makes it easy to show my doctor the trend. The cuff is soft and does not pinch, and the numbers come out close to the clinic reading, usually within a few points. I keep it on the nightstand and do a quick check before breakfast and again after dinner. Also feels good knowing a bit of my purchase goes toward Army programs, my brother served so that matters to me.
