I don’t usually leave reviews but this one helped me after my knee surgery. I needed to track progress while I got back to walking. Setup took about five minutes, had one hiccup when my phone’s bluetooth was already paired to headphones but restarting fixed it. Readings have been consistent on my tile floor. I export the data and send it to my physical therapist once a week, super handy. Docking one star only because the first firmware update took a bit.

I had an older smart scale that only did weight and a sketchy body fat guess. This device feels much closer to the readings I got at my gym last year with their big machine. The handles make a difference. The app lets me tag notes like “post workout” or “late dinner” which explains spikes. I printed the 30 day trend and took it to my dietitian, she liked the waist hip ratio note. Not perfect every single time, but the pattern is consistent and useful.

ok so i’m kinda bad with apps but this one was easy, it paired and then boom data shows up, i can see little graphs n stuff. i tap share to send my doc the info and he replied “looks steady” which made me relax lol. used it while i had a cold and i kept checking, not scary. forgot to turn it off one night and still had battery. good lil gadget fits in pocket, color is nice too.

ok so i didn’t think i’d use it much but wow i put it on my tight calf after soccer practice and it kind of zzzzz feeling and then it just relax. i do 15 mins while scrolling phone no problem. screen is easy my grandma could do it. i lost one pad under the couch lol found it later still sticky. charge it once and forget it. pain not gone forever but way better and i sleep good now.

Training for a half marathon and wanted to keep muscle while dropping a few pounds. The segmental breakdown showed my legs gaining while body fat edged down, which kept me from freaking out when the scale stalled for a week. Sync to the app is automatic as soon as I open it. I like the little body age and BMR readouts, they made nutrition planning easier. My brother borrowed it and ended up buying his own after comparing our numbers like dorks at Sunday dinner.

I’ve tried two cheap finger meters before and they worked but I kept losing the slips of paper where I wrote the numbers. With this one, everything just lives in the app and I can tag readings after hikes or after sitting all day. The battery charges with the included cable and I only needed to charge it once this week. Minor thing, the clip felt tight the first day, then it loosened up and now it’s comfy. Happy with it.
