Have purchased 3 or 4 of this model over a few years. I purchased this specific model due to the alarm being loud enough to hear through out my house. The last couple purchases, the units were not loud enough. I depend on the loud alarm to monitor my wife. She wears one until bedtime. This product needs to get back to having a really loud alarm.

I ordered the body composition scale on Nov. 29, 2025. I have sent emails asking where it is. First, "UPS lost it," and another was being sent. I have received no new tracking info. I feel like I am getting the run around. As of Jan. 7, 2026, I still do not have it even though my order says "completed" in the portal.

Real talk the first week I was like what is BMR and why do I care. Then I started using it to check if my calories made sense and now I kind of get it. The scale feels sturdy and the electrodes don’t slip even if my feet are a bit damp. Sometimes I forget to hold the handles until it beeps so I get only weight, my bad. With proper stance it gives me the full body and segment numbers and they line up with how my jeans fit.

I’m training for a 10k and wanted more than just weight. This device tracks my BMI, visceral fat, muscle mass, even splits out arms and legs which helped me balance my strength days. The best part is the history. I can scroll back to when I started and see fat dropping slowly while muscle went up. The app exported a PDF that I emailed to my coach. We keep this in the kitchen drawer for the whole family. My teenager uses it after soccer practice and I use it when my allergies flare up.
