This is a decent scale if you are looking for overall trends, but I don't believe the body fat readings are accurate. I've been using the scale for about a week and my body fat percentage is consistently reading 7% higher than my last professional reading. For the price, I believe it's doing a good job at tracking trends consistently, but it does not appear to be as accurate as they claim.

Moved into a small apartment and needed a simple scale that talks to my phone. This device fit right in. I opened the box, scanned the QR, and the app walked me through it with plain steps. It records weight and other stats, then pushes them to my phone so I can share with my trainer on Sundays. I did have to reposition it once because of a wobbly tile, after that it reads consistent. The glass top wipes clean and still looks new.

Good little unit, holds charge for ages. Pads stick well and the intensity dials in nice.

I bought this after my doctor suggested tracking more than just weight. The setup took me maybe 5 minutes, the app found the device right away, and I started a weekly routine. The segmental readings showed my right leg was weaker after an ankle sprain, which explained why my runs felt lopsided. Three weeks of specific exercises and I can actually see the muscle number climb and the symmetry getting closer. I exported the report and emailed it to my PT who said the consistency looks great. Battery is still full and the glass feels sturdy.

I like seeing left vs right leg muscle since I’m rehabbing a knee. Helpful and kind of motivating.

Works great for my runs, I track oxygen and pulse after workouts. Sharing the report with my coach was simple.

Solid little device, quick readouts and I like the trend graphs. Battery could last longer but it’s fine.

Set up in five minutes and the readings match what I got at my checkup. Solid 5 stars.

Setup was fine though I was confused for a minute picking user 1 vs user 2. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing. I like that it stores 199 readings because I hate deleting stuff. The app gives me a tidy history to show my nurse during telehealth. Batteries were easy to pop in and I’ve had no errors so far. Not fancy, just dependable.

I’ve owned a couple home monitors and this one is the least fussy. The cuff slides on without wrestling and the tube doesn’t kink up. Two user profiles lets me track mine and my roommate’s separately, which avoids mixing up readings like our old one did. I like that it stores a ton of results, I check averages on Sundays. The only nitpick is the beeps could be softer, but overall very reliable.
