As a massage therapist I keep this device at the studio for clients who need a little extra after deep tissue. The different pad sizes are handy because I can go small around the elbow or bigger on the hamstrings. Screen is bright, even under our lights, and the controls are pretty intuitive. It is not magic but it takes the edge off soreness so people leave happier. I clean the pads with a bit of water and they stay sticky longer which is nice, and charging once every couple weeks is plenty.

I’m a busy mom of two and wanted something simple that keeps me honest. This device sits by the bathroom sink and I step on it every other day holding the handles. The app shows trends so I don’t freak out over daily swings. The body water and protein numbers were new to me but now I watch them when I’m dehydrated after long runs. Shipping was on time and the box had clear instructions. Only tiny nitpick is I sometimes forget to wet my hands a little for better contact, but once I do the readings are very consistent. Overall very pleased.

Picked this up after my doctor suggested tracking more than just pounds. Setup was quick, the app paired right away on my iPhone, and the reports are actually useful. I like that it shows visceral fat and skeletal muscle because those were big unknowns for me. After 6 weeks of lifting I can see muscle up and body fat down, and the left right balance in my legs improved which matched how my pants fit. I exported a health report as a PDF and emailed it to my trainer, no problem. Build feels sturdy and I appreciate both lbs and kg since my partner uses metric. Five stars.

Took this on a weekend trip to the mountains and it helped me keep an eye on my levels at higher altitude. The app logged everything without me thinking about it and I showed the chart to my dad who gets curious about gadgets. He was impressed that the readings matched his old clunky monitor at home. Charging is simple with a USB cable and I only had to top it off once in two weeks. For travel and daily use it’s been reliable.

I jog a few times a week and wanted something to monitor recovery. This product sits in my gym bag and connects to my phone before I even finish cooling down. The history view is great to compare last month to this month, and I noticed my numbers creep up after I started sleeping earlier. My only hiccup was forgetting to enable Bluetooth on my phone, thought it was broken for a second, totally my bad. Once connected it stays connected and updates fast.

good device i think. big numbers easy see, even when i’m sleepy lol. i plug with usb c on nightstand then sometimes use batteries when traveling, no problem. me and sis use user 1 user 2 and it keeps tons of readings like press and you see old ones, i forget to date but it stores it anyway. cuff fits my arm not too tight, inflates quick then done, beep and i write it down or not, cause memory is there.

Using this for two weeks. I take three measurements in the evening and compare to my old pharmacy machine, results are consistent. I appreciate the 199 memory per person because I like to track trends and not write them down. The large display helps when the room is dim. Only wish the start button was a little raised for my dad’s stiff fingers, but once you learn the feel it is fine.

I bought this after my old meter kept dropping connection to its app. This one paired quick and has stayed paired, which is all I really wanted. The interface is clean, and the unit doesn’t feel cheap. The reminders nudge me in the evening and that’s helped me stay consistent, which is the big thing for me.

I commute by train and sometimes test in the station. The bright display is readable even in weird lighting, and the result pops up fast so I’m not standing there forever. The case keeps strips organized, and the app keeps the history tidy. I shared a PDF report with my dietitian and it saved us time in the session.

I bought this after my physical therapist recommended trying a home unit between sessions. The touchscreen is clear and the modes are labeled in a way I actually understand. I like that I can bump the intensity one click at a time and not jump too high. First week I used it on my neck and then switched to the bigger pads for my lower back. The battery went almost three weeks before I had to charge. My wife teases me about my “electric nap” but she tried it on her knee and now steals it on Sundays.
