Bought this for my mom who is 78 and has trouble with tiny buttons, the single start button and big display made it simple for her. The cuff inflates smoothly and she says it does not pinch like the old one. We set her up as User 1 and I use User 2 when I visit so I can keep an eye on my own numbers too. The memory feature is great because her doctor asked for the last week of readings and they were all right there. Battery life has been solid after a month.

I have larger upper arms and standard cuffs usually dig in, so I ordered the optional XL cuff with this and it actually fits me comfortably. Setup took maybe five minutes and the screen is large and bright. I run it on 4 AAA batteries because the outlet is far from my chair but it also worked fine with a USB C charger from my phone. Compared it to the reading at my clinic and it was within a couple points. I took off one star only because the storage case is a bit tight when the XL cuff is rolled up, not a big deal.

I was nervous about how it would look, but it sits low and my barber did not even notice until I mentioned it. The sound is crisp and voices are more forward which helps at church and at the grocery checkout. I uploaded my old audiogram into the app and it tuned things nicely. Bluetooth calls are solid and I can walk around the kitchen without holding the phone to my ear. Battery easily handles a full work day.

My mother has mild hearing loss and I set this device up for her. Took 10 minutes including downloading the app. She streams TV from her tablet now and I do not have to crank the volume in the living room. She told me she could hear her bridge group without leaning in. The charging case sits by the lamp and she pops them in at night. She keeps saying they feel light and do not itch like her old pair.

I tried a couple settings at the farmers market and ended up staying on the noisy one, voices came through better and the clanging wasn’t as bad. The build is light and it does not compete with my mask loops at work. Once I figured out left and right it was smooth. I wish the little lights were a bit brighter for my eyes but it’s not a big deal. Overall it gave me back the easy chats with customers that I was missing.
