The app lets me tag notes like “post run” or “after big meal,” which explains odd spikes. My teenage daughter tried it and it made her curious about how hydration changes body water, so now we both drink more. The only small gripe is the metal pads feel cold in the morning, but that’s hardly a problem.

I switched from an old wrist model and this one is definitely more consistent for me. The cuff that came with it fits my arm, and I grabbed the XL cuff for my brother who lifts and has bigger arms. The memory feature is nice since my doctor wants weekly averages and I can pull up the past months. Only small thing is the case is nothing fancy, but it keeps everything together. Overall does the job well.

I’m not a big gadget person but I wanted something simple that would sync with my phone. This device did exactly that. Took a minute to figure out that you have to open the Oxiline app before stepping on, then it logs perfectly. I like the clean glass surface and it wipes down fast after my kids track in dust. ok so i didn’t think i’d care about things like subcutaneous fat and body age but wow now i check it every tuesday, i hold the handles and it beeps and then boom lots of numbers, kinda nerdy fun. the left right arm chart is cool because i do more grocery bags on the right so yep makes sense. app works fine on my iphone 12 no crashes. lost 6 lb and muscle went up a bit which it showed clearly in the trend lines, good vibes

I used to have a cheap bathroom scale that only showed weight. This feels miles better. The electrodes for hands make it more stable and I appreciate the little diagrams in the app that show core vs limbs. I printed a health report for my annual checkup and my doctor actually looked at it with me. My only nitpick is you have to stand still for a few seconds and hold the handles right or it complains, but you get used to it. Solid buy.
