I am recovering from respiratory failure, and I HAVE to measure my oxygen readings several times a day. I previously owned 3 inexpensive oximeters. Each one gave me different readings so I could not trust the readings. I wanted accuracy so I could adequately use my oxygen concentrator as needed. I did some research and found Oxiline Pulse XS Pro. I chose the XS Pro because of the testament to being hospital grade, 30-day return and lifetime guarantee. I feel confident that the readings are accurate and verified my confidence when I took my XS Pro to my Doctor appointment and the reading on the XS Pro was the same as the Doctor's oximeter. I haven't used the XS Pro blue tooth feature and tracking post measurements, but at least it's available if needed.

I am so glad I decided to purchase the Blood Pressure XS Pro-Standard. I previously owned 2 inexpensive pressure systems. Each system I bought, I took it with me my doctor appointments to compare the reading against the doctor's blood pressure reading. The results were that the 2 inexpensive systems registered anywhere from 25-40 units lower than the doctor's version. I was using systems that didn't work. My blood pressure was actually HIGH and didn't know it! My life is worth the cost to pay for a quality blood pressure system. I did some research and found Oxiline. Even though Oxiline cost more (actually cost less because I wasted more $$ with the 2 other inexpensive systems) I chose Oxiline because of its testaments to being medically equivalent to hospital/doctor office systems, their 30 day return policy and lifetime guarantee. No other system compared themselves to the medical profession or offered 30 day returns and definitely not a LIFE TIME guarantee. Within 2 weeks of using the Oxiline Pressure XS Pro, I felt more confident that the reading were more accurate. than the inexpensive ones. I confirmed the accuracy when I took the Pressure XS Pro to my doctor appointment and compared readings. The Pressure XS Pro had the same reading as the Doctor's system. Whew! I am a happy blood pressure taker with the Pressure XS Pro. The Pressure XS Pro is easy to use! Now I can adequately monitor and take control of my blood pressure.

I'm giving it 3 stars because I am not able to use the Oxiline app on my Android smart phone. I have to use a third party app called "Fitdays" to upload the data from the Oxiline.

Love the product, the quality of the equipment, and its accuracy which I verified in a doctors’ office versus manual reads by medical professionals. The one complaint is the instructions were terrible: the print tone was so light that much could not be read; phrases were often repeated; and the diction appears to be by an author who’s native language is not English. This presents an image of a cheaply made product from Asia.

Appears to be a good scale – when it works. The actual weight part works every time, the body scan? Not so much. I open the app, then "wake up" the scale, wait until zeros appear, step on the scale, when the weight appears I place my hands on the handle and extend my arms – sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. I repeat the process and the body scan may work, which is frustrating because it adds an additional day of weight. Maybe this a firmware update? Maybe I have a defective scale? And yes, my scale is fully charged along with my phone. My phone is within 3-feet from the scale when I use it. Bluetooth connection enabled. There is no other electrical interference where I use the scale. If the body scan worked consistently, i would say this is an awesome product, otherwise it is a very over priced weight sale.

The worst overrated piece of shit I’ve ever encountered. The hose is too short. The cuff is cut wrong and the box has no labeling on it to tell you which button to push the display is absolutely stupid and useless. Don’t buy this piece of shit. Spend your money on something else another brand.

Tracks my weight and water and even body age, kinda fun. My trainer likes the reports too.

Solid build, easy to use, and the hand grips make a big difference. I check it every morning after coffee.

First impression out of the box was clean and simple, no million buttons. I clipped the probe on while cooking and it stayed put even while stirring a pot, the cable just draped over my wrist. Later I sat and did a 20 minute check and the line on the screen looked smooth. Data went to the app automatically and I shared a PDF to my cardiologist. My teen tried it too and thought the numbers were cool, so we ended up checking after soccer practice. Works straight and doesn’t get in the way.

I run trails early in the morning and check my oxygen after longer climbs. The colors pop, so I can see it even when it’s still kind of dark. Readings settle fast. I noticed the pulse strength bar drops if my hands are sweaty, so I wipe my finger and it sorts itself out. Not a fancy gadget, just straightforward and reliable. Tossed it in my pack and it’s held up fine.

As a home health aide I use tools like this daily. This device has been accurate across different patients, even with cold fingers if I warm them a little first. The pulse strength indicator is great because it tells me when poor circulation is messing with the reading. Bright screen is readable in dim rooms when clients are resting. I also like that it doesn’t beep loudly, just shows what I need without fuss.
