I’m a massage therapist and I use this product between clients on my forearms. The different size pads are handy because I can target the small spots by my wrist or go wider on my upper arm. The screen is easy to read and I can tweak the intensity while it’s running. I charge it maybe once every two weeks. My husband tried it on his knee after a hike and asked to borrow it again, so that says a lot.

ok so i stepped on it wrong first time and the numbers looked wild lol but then i read the little card and held the handles and boom makes sense. the app graphs are kinda addictive, like i check every day even tho you prob shouldnt, but i like seeing body fat tick down. shows fat free weight and muscle in arms legs core, i didn’t know my right arm was stronger. syncing is quick, just open phone and it pops up, no fuss. packaging came clean and on time too

Picked this up because my dad is managing his weight and I wanted something we could both understand. He doesn’t use the app much, but I print the weekly report and he likes seeing the arrows for up or down. The symmetry check for legs was helpful after his knee surgery rehab, we could see the right leg catching up over time. It’s also nice that it calculates waist hip ratio, I didn’t realize mine was off until I saw it in the chart. Build quality feels solid and readings match what the clinic scale showed within a tiny margin.

I used to have a cheap wrist monitor that bounced all over the place, this arm unit is way more steady. My wife and I share it after dinner and we each have our own profile in the app which keeps things separate. I sent a PDF of the last 30 days to my nurse with two taps and she said the trend looked good. The cuff was a little stiff the first few uses but it breaks in. Overall very happy with it.
