I upgraded from the previous Oxiline Pro model to this new one. The previous model worked well and was very accurate, but after a couple of years of regular use I was beginning to see more error messages caused by air leaks from the cuff. I was happy to see that the cuff and air hose have been redesigned and the changes seem to provide a better seal. The only issue I have had is when the app updated the interface with Apple Health app is not as seamless as before. I expect that this will be improved with future updates. The actual machine has some minor improvements with a brighter screen and the cuff has been redesigned. The new cuff (xl version) is more comfortable and the fitting where you connect it to the machine has a much more secure connection with tighter tolerances, which I expect will improve accuracy and reliability. The one change that may not be an improvement is the new machine uses AAA batteries instead of the AA batteries that the previous model used. I expect that it was improvements in power consumption that allowed this change, but I have not had this machine long enough to be able to say how this affects battery life. I also have the Oxiline oximeter and scale (pro models) that also link to the app by Bluetooth and I find that these devices are accurate and help me to discuss my health with my doctors more easily. Being able to pull up the readings to demonstrate my own understanding has been very helpful. Anyone who is facing health issues and needs accurate and reliable equipment to monitor their progress, I can highly recommend the products from Oxiline, they are accurate, easy to operate and the app presents your information in a very easily understandable fashion.

I picked this up after my old bathroom scale started drifting. Setup took maybe three minutes and the Oxiline app found it right away on my phone. I like waking up, stepping on, and seeing the weight sync before I put on coffee. The graph is simple and helped me notice weekends creep up a bit, so I changed my snacks. My wife made her own profile and the device recognized her automatically which was neat.

I keep this device at my desk because sitting all day wrecks my upper back. The intensity goes from gentle to pretty strong, and the timer helps me not overdo it. Shipping was fast, and they included a little guide that made the first setup easy. My wife uses the larger pads on her hip after runs and says it loosens things up nicely. Setup was simple with the QR code in the box and the app graphs my morning and evening checks so I can show my doctor. I ordered the larger cuff and it was a hair too big, customer support swapped it fast with no fuss. Build feels tough, the screen is clear, and my wife likes that it is quiet.
