I bought this after spraining my ankle hiking and it’s been a solid helper with swelling and stiffness. The touchscreen makes it simple to pick a mode, and I like that I can nudge the intensity up little by little. I use the small pads around my ankle and the bigger ones on my hamstring. Had a bioimpedance scale before, this one is more detailed by far. The segmental view called out weaker left arm which matches my bench press imbalance so that was cool. It auto recognizes me 9 times out of 10 and the rest I just tap my name. I also like the ideal body weight and body type tag because it gives context instead of just numbers. I wish the app font was a bit bigger, small gripe, otherwise really happy.

not fancy writing here but i’ll say this thing works, i used to have a tiny screen bp thing and it drove me nuts, now i can actually see numbers lol. setup was like push button go and then the phone just grabbed the data. history list is long so i dont clear it, and averages help when i get nervous hands. my kid tried the second user spot just to see and it saved separate, nice.
