I switched from a wrist monitor to this and I can tell the readings are steadier and closer to what my doctor gets. It came with a wide range cuff that actually fits my upper arm, and I bought the XL cuff later because I lift and my arm is thick on pump days. Two user slots are handy because my roommate is tracking too, we don’t mix up each other’s history anymore. Only tiny thing is the USB cable was shorter than I wanted so I used one I had, not a real issue. Overall it’s dependable and easy to live with.
